YOU MUST CONTACT US WITH IN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE(S), IN ORDER TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND.
THE PUCHASE(S) MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO US WITH IN 7 DAYS OF THE REQUEST DATE FOR A REFUND.
If you have proplems with how your candle burns please contact customer service.
FRAGRANCE AND B&B RETURNS:
We DO NOT accept returns on fragrance oils and bath & body products. This policy is for your protection and is to ensure the high quality and integrity of our products. This means the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources. If we have shipped you the wrong item in error, we will gladly replace the order and accept a return under this specific circumstance. We suggest buying a sample vial before placing larger orders.
Personal Checks/Cashiers Checks/Money Order payments are shipped 1-7 days after check clears or is approved.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
All customers will be notified the day order was shipped via email.

If your order arrives Broken or Damaged due to shipping you will receive a replacement order once Broken or Damaged items are returned to
